Okay so today, I would like to share with you one of my favorite chicken breast recipes bodybuilding. This particular recipe is easy to prepare and the required ingredients aren’t overbearing at all.  Trust me, even a totally novice cook should be able to complete this recipe with ease.

Dieting to increase muscle mass can be hard, especially if you don’t have varied recipes to try out. Eating plain baked chicken breast meal can get old pretty quickly.  You eat the same thing for too long and you might end throwing the towel and stop dieting altogether. Variety is the spice of life, so do try the bodybuilding baked chicken breast recipes provided below. 

Healthy and Protein Fortified Chicken Parmesan (4 Servings)

Go get the following ingredients:

4 pieces of boneless chicken breasts (each chicken breast about 6 oz in size), 2 cups of healthy spaghetti sauce (I recommend organic tomato basil spaghetti sauce made by ‘Simply Organic’.), 3 egg whites, cooking spray, whole wheat bread crumbs one whole cup, and half a cup of low-fat parmesan cheese

How to prepare? Follow the instructions below!

1) Put all three egg whites in a bowl and beat them well. Take the chicken breasts and dip them in the beaten egg whites.

2) Place dipped chicken breasts on a large clean plate and pour whole wheat bread crumbs on top of them. Make sure you properly coat the chicken breasts with the bread crumbs.  Get a cooking dish and spray the surface with some cooking spray.

3) Scoop spaghetti sauce over the well coated chicken breasts and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Put in the oven and bake the chicken breasts for somewhere around half an hour or so.

Yes, this chicken breast recipes for muscle building is pretty simple, but the taste is quite good. Also the nutritional value is respectable yielding roughly 363 calories, 54 grams protein, 21 grams carbohydrates, and just 7 grams of fat per serving.
