Protein Filled Muscle Building Noodles Recipe


Go to the supermarket and get these items!

6 oz of lean beef cut into thin slices, 2 cups of well shredded romaine lettuce, 2 well minced garlic cloves, 1 cup of cooked whole wheat noodles, 1 tablespoon of chopped dry-roasted peanuts, 1 teaspoon of roasted peanut oil, 1/3 cup of plain water, salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking directions:

Set stove to high heat and place a wok or a large skillet on top, coated with roasted peanut oil.

Put in the minced garlic cloves and stir fry them for about a minute or so. Next, add the slices of lean beef and stir-fry for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until both sides are browned. Make sure you keep on stirring these ingredients.

Pour 1/3 cup of water into wok or large skillet and allow the mix to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Season mixture with a bit of salt and pepper, and then switch off the stove.

Prepare noodle on large clean plate. Put lettuce on top along with the stir-fried beef mixture. Sprinkle some chopped dry-roasted peanuts on top and gobble away!

The above muscle building noodles dish provides approximately 449 calories, 48 grams of protein, 35 grams of carbs, and 13 grams fat.
